TVR is Back

Following initial rumours about a possible comeback, it now appears that TVR has been revived and is back in business. The British marque is offering to create ‘reborn and new’ cars and is quite surprising, located in Austria.

Honda NSX could be launched by 2014

Speculations of the Honda / Acura NSX being heading to the final stage of development might come faster than we expected. A recent report says that the car is said to be launched early 2014.

Via an anonymous source, Auto Express reports that the NSX will be inspired by the Acura roadster concept that will be shown in the upcoming Avengers movie. On the other hand an Acura spokesman stated:

Ferrari 599 successor to have more than 700 HP

Ferrari has been in a generous mood lately as they have revealed a plethora of new details about their upcoming product lineup.

We've already reported about the Enzo successor earlier today, but now there's word the 599 replacement will outgun the Lamborghini Aventador. Speaking with Car & Driver, Ferrari CEO Amedeo Felisa confirmed the model will have "more than 700 [metric] horsepower (690 bhp / 515 kW), but it's not because of the Aventador."

Besides making the aforementioned statement, the executive revealed the car will be front-engined and ride on an aluminum-intensive platform. Hardly ground breaking stuff, but at least it comes straight from the horse's mouth.

Just shortly after the Italians at Ferrari decided to announce their plans for the 458 Scuderia and some other products in their lineup we got ourselves a treat from the streets.

The successor to their V12 powered coupe the Ferrari 599 was spotted rolling around and it was covered in some light camouflage, so it’s not that difficult to tell what it looks like.
